BraiNOTES is a space where you can record the time, date, severity and symptoms of any panic or anxiety attack you experience. BraiNOTES can be used to help get some of the anxiety out of your head and into writing. It is also a useful tool for therapy as you can provide the timing and severity of your attack to trained professionals.
